Mr. Manoj Paliwal, is a Chartered Accountant and a rank-holder in ICWA. He has also done CS(Inter) and long duration BLP program from IIM-Calcutta. He brings over three decades of unparalleled expertise to the helm of Viyaara Realty Group. With a career marked by exceptional leadership, he now spearheads the business. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Runwal Group for four years, driving growth and innovation. His illustrious career also includes key roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Alkem Laboratories and Omkar Realtors, alongside notable contributions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Unimark Remedies, showcasing a legacy of excellence across diverse industries.
Mr. Pravin R. Kulkarni
Head - Projects
Mr. Pravin R. Kulkarni, a 1977 Mumbai University graduate, is a veteran civil engineer with over 40 years of experience. Starting as a structural design engineer, he led the Boeing 747 Hangar project at Santacruz Airport (1979-1984) as Project Head at ECC. In 1984, he founded Pooja Constructions, completing diverse residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. From 2002 to 2024, he delivered high-rises, malls, offices, and affordable housing, excelling in project management, land documentation, and regulatory approvals. Renowned for technical expertise and innovation, Mr. Kulkarni’s leadership has left a lasting mark on real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure.

Mr. Mukesh Jain, a renowned and well-established lawyer in the field of real estate, is the legal advisor for the group. He has more than 30 years of experience in legal matters. His domain expertise includes Banking Documentation, Real Estate, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and disposal of going concern/companies and other financial transactions. He guides Viyaara Realty on the all the Legal related matters particularly those related to Land acquisition, Redevelopment, Joint Ventures, Tenants and Banking/Finance.
